Q1. Do you have parking facilities?
A: No, we do not have a parking facility at our property. However, there is an Edison Parking facility conveniently located at the corner of E. Houston and Essex, just 3 blocks east of us.

Q2. How much is parking?
A: Currently, Edison Parking’s daily rate is $35.

Q3. Is there valet parking?
A: We do not offer valet parking.

Q4. Does the hotel provide wireless internet?
A: Yes. It is a complimentary service that comes with your room.

Q5. Do you have a bar or a restaurant?
A: No, we do not have a bar or restaurant on our property. However, Satsko Restaurant across the street from us is offering a complimentary house drink coupon available at check-in.

Q6. Does the hotel have any smoking rooms?
A: No smoking is allowed in the building as we are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in our guest rooms will result in a $200 per stay penalty. However, smoking is permitted on our Roof Terrace.

Q7. What is your cancellation policy?
A: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the 48 hour prior deadline will incur a penalty of one night’s charge.

Q8. Does your hotel allow pets?
A: We do not allow pets.

Q9. Do you have cots or rollaways?
A: Due to space limitations, we cannot accommodate any cots or rollaway beds.

Q10. Do you have any rooms with two double beds?
A: No, we do not have any rooms equipped with two doubles. The only rooms with two beds are our Gotham Double Twins which are equipped with 2 twin beds. The maximum capacity for this room is 2 adults.

Q11. Where is the nearest train?
A: The nearest train is the F and V trains. The closest station is just around the corner from us on Allen St. The station is equipped with Metrocard vending machines and a manned toll booth.

A: The M15 bus is stops a block away from us on Allen St./First Ave.

A: We do not have a kitchen on the property. However, Satsko Restaurant will take orders for service after

A: In case you forget to bring some toiletry items with you, we have toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shaving razors, as well as sewing kits available to be brought to your room.

Q15. Do you have an iron and ironing board?
A: Yes, we have them available upon request.

Q16. Do you have hair dryers in the room?
A: Yes, hair dryers are available in each guestroom.

Q17. Do you have refrigerators?
A: Although our guestrooms are not equipped with refrigerators, we have a few units available to rent upon request for $10 a day.

A: Our Front Desk agents are able to help you with restaurant reservations, Empire State Building Observatory tickets, as well as town car service requests.

Q21. Is there a gym on the grounds?
A: No, we do not have a gym on our property. But there is a local Fitness Center that will honor our guests with a $10 workout pass.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a full service business center in the hotel. But guests can utilize our computer stations in our Breakfast Cellar to access their emails, check flight status, or to browse the internet.
